Posted On: 08/24/2022 First visit here and of course I came in the wrong door, but they were very welcoming they were having a team meeting so I felt welcomed with everyone greeting. Had a moment to talk to DR. Irwin got to know me a little. That to me is the most important talk about great service. Taking my x rays to doing my cleaning all amazing. I still do feel an anxiety going to the dentist but this visit I didn’t feel so anxious about it. Great team in general. Edwin M

I no longer live in the state but will schedule appointments when I visit (that’s how much I trust them).They are incredibly thorough and professional. Posted On: 06/02/2021 I was in so much pain I had new insurance that I had gotten just before covid and I hadn't used it yet so I didn't know if I was covered I must have called half a dozen. Dentist that morning and no one returned my call except doctor Iwins office they work so hard to try to find out if I was covered in to get me in. Unfortunately I never got a chance to see dr Irwin by the time my husband came home from work he took me to emergency it turns out I have a massive sinus infection they gave me Phantom toothache. all the dentist I called that morning no one returned my call except dr. Irwin's office and they worked all day to try to get a hold of my insurance which apparently was down for updating it took several hours by the time they got a hold of my insurance though I was at hospital. But they kept going and they found out if I was covered I was so impressed with all the work they put in on my behalf not knowing if I was even going to be a patient I want to thank everyone at dr. Irwins office for being the only ones there for me that morning and the only ones who tryed to help me I plan to see dr. Irwin for all my future Dental needs as soon as I get over this nasty sinus infection I want to say thank you so much to all the staff at dr. Irwin's office and hope to see you all soon thank you. Posted On: 04/04/2021 Dr. Irwin's office feels like a well run ship. I've appreciated how friendly, attentive and professional Dr. Irwin and his staff are. After moving out of Orange County for a while and returning, I tried another dentist closer by. This one had a newer/fancier office, but after a year or so decided to drive a little further to go back to Irwin because it wasn't the same level of care.

I had an unusual condition of internal resorption on one tooth and Dr. Irwin took time to carefully and clearly explain the condition, its severity, the x-rays, and referred me to a local endodontist for further treatment. Brent M

Posted On: 11/26/2018 I've been coming here for almost 15 years. The staff always greets you and makes you feel welcome. For my appointments, I am always seated within 5 minutes of arrival. They always do their best to make you feel comfortable while getting work done. They have tv to watch, glasses to block out the light, and even offer headphones now. Dr. Irwin always stops by to say hello and ask about my family and I, even though I know he has plenty of work to get done. All around this place is great. Derek G

Posted On: 05/16/2018 I was referred to Dr Irwin by my husband’s family who has been coming for years. I’d had a bad experience at another and everyone there instantly made me feel comfortable. They are honest, I didn’t feel as though they were trying to sell me unnecessary work. Dr Irwin is awesome and the whole staff is so nice, taking the time to make you feel important, it’s very much a family vibe. I live 35 mins away but drive the extra distance to come to this office because I feel so well taken care of. Highly recommend!! Angela M

I recommend them very highly because of the work quality and staff professionalism They truly have the best staff of any business I deal with. I have had excellent results with all my dental work and have had Dr.Irwin fix a lot of bad (cheap) work done by prior Dentists. On a scale of 1-10 they are definetly a 10. The only Dentist in my life that i don't dread going to.You get what you pay for when it comes to Dental work and Dr.Irwin is the best there is. Chris F
